Our joining process

However we meet, we spend time getting to know each other. We hire predominantly on culture, and therefore want both parties to know what makes each other tick. We typically offer candidates;

If it is a fit, we have a quite slick process (it hasn’t always been!) for onboarding that enables you to overcome administrative hurdles quickly and get settled in.
We have a philosophy of “doing nothing” for at least a few weeks. Giving you the time to absorb and acclimatise before being given any huge amount of responsibility.
What matters most is that you become a founding part of our culture, not that you start contributing immediately.
