    • Technical challenge

    • Join us for a hackathon

    • Whiteboard collaboration session

    • Homework activity and presentation

  • Usually in parallel (so we don’t waste each others’ time), we will begin a clear discussion about the details of working at the company, and your position. This is also were you get a chance to investigate any discuss details that are important to you and your life situation.

    • Review default contract and discuss amendments

    • 1:1 with employees in similar life situations

    • Discuss Pay and Equity

  • If it’s not a fit, you can rely on;

    • Clear feedback

    • Assistance and pointers to help you continue a career in climate elsewhere

    If it is a fit, we have a quite slick process (it hasn’t always been!) for onboarding that enables you to overcome administrative hurdles quickly and get settled in.

    We have a philosophy of “doing nothing” for at least a few weeks. Giving you the time to absorb and acclimatise before being given any huge amount of responsibility.

    What matters most is that you become a founding part of our culture, not that you start contributing immediately.
