The Zor platform has a fully modelled state machine for every step of the Heat Pump installation journey. Starting with property analysis pre-survey, through Commission complete and Servicing requirements.

The platform is designed to curate a full experience for the homeowner independently. APIs will reflect the state of the customer journey and external systems (e.g. Consumer Web) can progress the state machine or simply read from it.
